Sweaty Betty was born in Notting Hill, London in 1998 after our founder Tamara spotted a gap in the activewear market for women who wanted to look good and work out. Teaming up with her husband Simon, they embarked on a mission to create beautiful clothes for women who lead active lifestyles. We now have over 60 shops from London to San Francisco, filled with our signature bum-sculpting leggings, beautiful prints and studio to street pieces.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible and finishing in September.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ever wondered what it would be like to be part of the team that makes ‘that’ pair of leggings an absolute must-have? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting, fast-paced Marketing team. Reporting in to the PR and Events Manager you will be instrumental in supporting the team to help raise Sweaty Betty’s brand profile and retain our reputation for creative and innovative marketing campaigns!

Your journey will include:

• Supporting the Brand Marketing team in all day-to-day marketing activity
• Assisting with the planning and execution of press and consumer events.
• Assisting the Shoot Producer with the planning of photoshoots and styling days
• Assisting the social media and wider brand marketing team as required
• Managing the Fashion cupboard: ensuring all samples are logged and kept in good condition
• Assisting with sample and gifting send-outs
• Tracking and logging influencer coverage on social media
• Market research where necessary
• Other projects and duties as required

Must Haves

This opportunity is perfect for an individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and is keen to gain experience in the different specialisms within brand marketing. You are highly organised and take a methodical approach to the task at hand. You’re obsessed with social media and love keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion and fitness.  You have a positive, hands-on attitude and are full of creative ideas!

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• A minimum of one years’ experience working in fashion PR or marketing
• Knowledge of the marketing mix
