Are you a passionate designer, ready to hit the ground running (no pun intended!)?

We’re looking for a talented Junior Designer that will create considered and on-brand creative. As part of a dynamic Creative Team of 6, you’ll bring the Sweaty Betty brand to life through a variety of print campaigns, with the opportunity to support on digital projects.

You enjoy working hard and pushing boundaries to produce your best possible results and take great pride in seeing the final project in all its SB glory!

You are an individual who can work both independently and loves collaborating with your team, which means you can always celebrate the wins together, either over a cocktail or at the barre!

• Reporting to our Graphic Designer, you will assist them with the design of in-store and event artwork, catalogues and other ad hoc print collateral.
• Supporting the Digital Design team during busy periods with the production of banners, social content, emails and site refreshes.
• Follow brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all assets and are considered for their end-use.
• Follow seasonal design guidelines and support the team through season campaign launches.
• Work closely with the VM, Store Design and Direct Marketing team to produce considered and error-free print-ready artwork.

Must Haves

• 1 year’s minimum design experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Ideally, a BA Hons in Graphic Design / Art / Fashion related degree or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mac literate.
• Good working knowledge of the print process and preparing print-ready artwork.
• Good time-management skills and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• In the know of the latest design trends and competitor campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven understanding of typography, layout and grid structures.
