Fitting within the wider Marketing and Brand team, we are looking for a talented Head of Creative to join our in-house creative studio. You are a highly productive and seasoned creative with strong storytelling abilities across all channels and you are bordering on obsessive about creating ideas that can live anywhere.

Reporting into the Head of Brand and managing a team of 4 creative designers, you have a real passion for keeping up-to-date with current beauty, fashion and sports trends and have a fantastic book of creative contacts. As senior creative lead, the idea of coming up with innovative creative concepts from a brief, developing a chosen concept and positioning their vision to their full potential across all channels is your ultimate dream!

Your SB journey:

  • Leading the in-house creative team, to create and deliver global brand assets, on & offline, ensuring consistency and brand elevation across all channels and all product categories
  • Picking up briefs and realising the creative vision
  • Working with the senior brand stakeholders on concepts and ideas for photographic shoots, taking comprehensive briefs, producing mood boards and a selection of concept routes for brand creative
  • Responsible for post-production schedules, making selects, retouch notes and templates for other creative team members 
  • Setting the expectation at the highest levels of quality for all areas of creative, keeping in mind our values and the global reach of the business
  • Driving the creative and professional development of the creative team, embedding coaching and knowledge and encouraging big thinking on a daily basis 
  • Overseeing the creative briefing workflow

Must Haves

  • Confident and very hands-on skilled senior creative with significant experience in graphic design and digital design for a premium brand or from a creative agency background. Portfolio must demonstrate exposure to retail/fashion/activewear industry  
  • Experience in delivering exceptional web design, emails and social creative
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team - solution driven, super organised, creative and you know how to manage heavy briefs and team workloads. Equally open to feedback and to learn from others
  • Ability to deliver creative ideas with conviction to a range of stakeholders and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure 
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to work at pace with the ability to combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial ideas 
  • An enthusiastic collaborator, you will be highly visual, with excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Exceptional experience in branding, innovation, and packaging development
  • Passionate people manager, ready to coach and develop your team
