Global PPC Manager

Sweaty Betty was born in Notting Hill, London in 1998 after our founder Tamara spotted a gap in the activewear market for women who wanted to look good and work out. Teaming up with her husband Simon, they embarked on a mission to create beautiful clothes for women who lead active lifestyles. We now have over 60 shops from London to San Francisco, filled with our signature bum-sculpting leggings, beautiful prints and studio to street pieces.

We are looking for A Global PPC Manager to come and join the team in our Support Office in Fulham. This newly developed role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring that globally, Sweaty Betty Pay Per Click campaigns are being built and optimised and Sweaty Betty is at the forefront of shoppers online experience, drive exponential growth and conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sitting in the talented, international marketing team of 28. The PPC Manager will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will be responsible for devising and implementing the global Sweaty Betty search marketing strategy. This role must partner with the Global Marketing, Brand and Ecommerce teams to ensure they are successful. You will be responsible for the day to day management of our global accounts implementing new campaigns, analysing and optimising performance, driving innovation and remaining at the forefront of all things digital.

Your journey will include:

Strategy

  • Working closely with the marketing, digital and CRM teams in both the U.K & U.S you will ensure we build a commercial strategy which supports the wider brand marketing campaigns and is designed to achieve or exceed company objectives/financial targets
  • Build a strong understanding of the Sweaty Betty product portfolio to ensure campaigns are in line with ROI goals and are profitable in line with margins
  • Devise regional campaigns building your understanding of our core territories and tailoring activity to the respective markets
  • To manage spend in line with strategy and ensure it falls within budget
  • Remain at the forefront of innovation for search marketing recommending and implementing new strategies to better support our overall goals

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor the performance of all PPC campaigns ensuring they are delivering on the agreed performance metrics devised by the Head of Performance Marketing
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports which will be delivered back to the business to inform the wider team on PPC performance
  • Utilise a variety of third party tools including, but not limited to, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, DC Storm & Optimove to understand performance and draw insight to be used for future campaign optimization
  • Ability to communicate and ensure that key stakeholders understand the nature of engine algorithms and their contribution to marketing strategy and wider business

Must Haves

  • Excellent experience of managing and implementing PPC strategies within a fast moving retail  environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in a PPC role either agency or client side
  • Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills and you are an excel expert
  • Ability to drive clear, thoughtful analysis and KPIs of customer acquisition
  • Proven experience of initiating and executing projects and campaigns focusing through Google Adwords
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with teams in multiple time zones
