Sweaty Betty was born in Notting Hill, London in 1998 after our founder Tamara spotted a gap in the activewear market for women who wanted to look good and work out. Teaming up with her husband Simon, they embarked on a mission to create beautiful clothes for women who lead active lifestyles. We now have over 60 shops from London to San Francisco, filled with our signature bum-sculpting leggings, beautiful prints and studio to street pieces. We believe in balance, we’re the first on the Pilates mat and the last on the dancefloor.

Reporting to our Senior Visual Merchandising Manager and sitting in the creative, passionate VM team of 3. You will help to support our central London Stores with exceptional visual merchandising, assisting with delivering the VM guidelines to the UK retail team.

What You’ll Be Doing

The role is key in bringing to life our seasonal stories through windows and in-store displays to an expanding portfolio of boutiques. Day to day work will involve supporting our Central London and Flagship stores with fabulous VM to maximise sales, by working closely with internal teams, including Marketing, VM & Retail Teams. With a great knowledge of the brand and solid VM techniques, you will be creative, commercial and above all a team player.

Your journey will include:

• Being in the field up to 4 days a week, leading VM in our flagship & top turnover stores (will be required to travel, including working evenings & overnights)
• 1 day in Support Office – for trade reviews, planning and weekly meetings with VM Team and Retail Team
• Ensuring London stores receive exceptional VM support & weekly visits (flagship focus)
• Developing close relationships with store teams and area managers to deliver brand vision and maximise profitability
• Delivering brand consistency and excellence through training, coaching & workshops
• Attend new store openings to support VM Team 

Must Haves

• 2 years proven Visual Merchandising experience in the Fashion sector.
• Experience of working with premium, high turnover stores

You thrive in a busy environment and under the pressure of an evolving retail business. You understand that prioritisations can change, but you tackle tasks with a positive, hands-on approach and will always utilise our Green Juice and Cocktails mentality! You appreciate that communication is key to success and even though (at times) you will be working autonomously and using your own initiative, two heads (three, four…) are always better than one!  We love to work out and our new team member will adopt an active attitude to their lifestyle, the best you can!
