Founded by our Creative Director, Tamara Hill-Norton, in 1998 in London’s Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has over 45 stores in the UK and 8 (and counting) in the US.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to our Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design & development (HTML & CSS) of all weekly emails in standard and mobile formats
• Creating HTML templates for weekly emails ensuring compatibility and testing across all devices and emails clients
• Produce innovative digital campaigns banners and assets
• Work with the Content Team to produce graphics for the blog and social channels
• Contribute to weekly creative meetings, bringing research on great emails and inspiring design to influence campaigns

Must Haves

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• At least two year’s experience of digital design preferably in a fashion retail environment coupled with a beautiful portfolio
• Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite
• Essential experience in HTML/HTML5, Dreamweaver, CSS and responsive design
• Strong time management skills - ability to manage shifting priorities, whilst maintaining commitment to deadlines
• Experience of executing original ideas within established brand guidelines
• A passionate and inspired designer able to create outstanding emails and experiences for our customers
• Strong sense of design layout and well versed in beautiful typography
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
• Works effectively under pressure
• Adopts an active lifestyle the best they can and a true ambassador for the Sweaty Betty brand
