Ecommerce Trading Operations Assistant

You will be responsible for supporting the Trading team and ensuring that product content delivery is completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. You will be passionate about customer experience and constantly strive to find ways to drive conversion.

As a key member of the ecommerce team you will be pivotal to the future of Sweaty Betty, driving growth through our digital channels.

On your SB journey you will have responsibility for:

  • Successful and timely seasonal product launches, managing the product critical path and lifecycle. Coordinating with Buying, Merchandising and copywriter to ensure product data and descriptions are accurate and consistent.
  • Acting as a product expert and developing product knowledge with in-store training workshops and regular store visits. Providing product training for both the Ecommerce and Customer Care teams.
  • Maximizing cross-selling opportunities across all categories of the sites. Partnering with the wider trading team to manage the recommendations strategy, implementation and maintenance to drive conversion.
  • Partnering with the shoot producer and studio partner to manage the constant flow of product content and ensure all assets reflect the key features and USPs of products.
  • Working closely with Customer Care team to gain product feedback from customers analysing product ratings & reviews and returns insights to improve end-to-end customer experience.
  • Working with the Content & UX team to revise and constantly improve the product conversion funnel from category view to product page and checkout.

Must Haves

  • A relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role.
  • Advanced excel skills preferable.
  • Experience with Photoshop desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads.
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
  • A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills.
