Sweaty Betty delivers the perfect fusion of fitness, functionality and fashion what we like to call beautiful technical. Founded by our Creative Director, Tamara Hill-Norton, in 1998 in Londons Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has over 44 stores in the UK and 8 (and counting) in the US. We are poised for explosive growth in the US over the next five years and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
We have an exciting challenge ahead for a senior Ecommerce Director who will create, own and be accountable for the delivery of the ecommerce strategy and digital roadmap. The bold strategies you create will drive the sales and profit performance across all the Sweaty Betty sites especially the UK and USA as well as making the sites the ‘digital flagships’ of the brand.
You will embrace 'omni-channel' and work closely with the Systems and Retail Teams in the UK and USA to put the power of digital technology into the stores and to ensure the customer experience is channel-blind. You believe that online sales should account for over 50% of the brands sales.
Leading a team of 8, you will cultivate a team environment that encourages innovation and risk taking to increase conversion through exceptional user experience and appeal of the global online offering. Your success in this will further establish Sweaty Betty's pre-eminence as a consumer brand that actively engages customers by blending high quality content with commercial e-commerce.
What You’ll Have
You collaborate strategically with the SVP, Brand to support digital campaigns focused on trading metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and margins. You are a candidate with a wealth of experience, including operating and contributing at board level.
