Digital Marketing Assistant

You’ll be part of a fun, dedicated Digital Marketing team of 4, our online champions, who are an integral for the future of Team SB – first to login and last on the dancefloor!

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Executive and working closely with internal departments, your SB journey will include:

Coordination & Planning

  • Coordinating digital and promotional campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
  • Briefing and managing the production of all social media/display creative from initial brainstorm stage through to deployment. This will require frequent liaison between multiple departments.
  • Owning end to end user testing for all digital creative executions
  • Updating digital calendars in-line with seasonal content and promotions to share with third parties
  • Working closely with digital agencies and coordinating weekly tasks to make sure timelines are met

Channel management and optimisation

  • Building relationships with bloggers, media partners and affiliates to maximise commercial and brand opportunities through partnerships
  • Arranging always-on blogger gifting through our Third-party platform Whalar. Create briefs, select bloggers, manage payments and coordinate all creative collateral required for campaign go-live
  • Creating and testing PPC adcopy and sitelinks to make sure promotional campaigns are relevant and commercial
  • Developing our SEO keyword strategy for each market, researching relevant keywords and suggesting optimisations
  • Working closely with the CRM team to make sure email/direct mail communications are integrated across our other digital marketing channels

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitoring, analysing and optimising digital channels
  • Assisting in the production of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Utilising analytics platforms to understand and optimise digital trends – Google Analytics is our core reporting platform
  • Reviewing onsite performance and trends to inform marketing strategy and suggest site optimisations
  • Analysing social creative performance to make sure key performance metrics are being achieved and actioned amendments when not

Must Haves

  • Currently studying a relevant undergraduate degree e.g.: Marketing
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (PPC, Email, SEO, Affiliates, Social, Display)
  • Experienced with Excel, Word & Power Point
