What You’ll Be Doing

Sitting in our dynamic design team of 6, reporting to Lead Digital Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing the Sweaty Betty brand to life through digital marketing campaigns. Supporting both UK and US markets you will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure we maintain global brand consistency and our unique sense of style and personality.

 

Reporting to our Lead Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the Lead Digital Designer in developing and implementing visually compelling assets for use across our website.
  • Design with the understanding of how assets will be viewed on multiple devices. 
  • Work with the CRM and Digital Marketing Teams to deliver engaging content for emails and affiliates.
  • Design and coding of weekly responsive emails.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to produce digital assets for the blog and social channels.
  • Ensure all digital creative produced is on-brand, consistent and meets best practice standards. 
  • Contribute to weekly creative meetings, bringing examples of inspiring digital design to influence future campaigns.
  • Providing creative and innovative digital design solutions to projects.
     

Must Haves

  • Minimum two years digital design experience, preferably in fashion retail.
  • BA in an accredited, relevant art, design or interactive degree, or similar experience.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/HTML5, Dreamweaver, CSS and responsive design.
  • Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An awareness of current digital trends, on-line usability and functionality.
  • Experience of working closely with ecommerce team and developers would be advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and a commitment to deadlines.
  • Experience of executing original ideas within established brand guidelines.

You are a passionate designer, able to create inspiring and innovative digital creative. You love what you do and have a keen eye for detail. You have a strong sense of what constitutes a beautiful layout and are well versed in typography. You are self-motivated, competent and love working as part of team. You adopt a flexible approach, are responsive to feedback and approach everything with a positive attitude.
