We are looking for someone to join our amazing marketing team at SB. As CRM Marketing Assistant, you will sit within the wider performance marketing team of 9. If the idea of supporting across a variety of exciting customer projects whilst enjoying a lunchtime workout with your team sounds like your cup of tea (or cocktail…), we want to hear from you.

This role would be suited to a recent graduate with a keen interest in Marketing. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will get the chance to work across a range of channels from email creation, direct mail and digital.

On your SB journey, you will be:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of all CRM activity for the UK and US markets, working closely with the Email and CRM executives.  
  • Collaborating on the multi-channel CRM strategy for the UK and US, driving customers to purchase at key times of year and helping to execute CRM specific promotions; from emails to direct mail communications.
  • Supporting the CRM team to plan, build and personalise email as well as direct mail content. This spans the entire process from briefing creative, data and audience building to proofing, execution and deployment of campaigns.
  • Advocating A/B tests across CRM campaigns and analysing the outcome of these tests.
  • Working with the CRM team to report and analyse campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Trained on our customer database platforms & email service provider, so you can access customer data easily and use these platforms to pull reports and schedule campaigns.

Must Haves

  • A driven, self-starter seeking a challenge with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • A marketing whizz and someone who genuinely loves email marketing and analytics and has a curious mind - asking the right questions to help improve journeys, metrics, sales. Ideally with 1 years’ experience in a previous marketing role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & reporting skills, passionate about measuring performance and looking at the data and numbers.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative – continuously thinking of ways to improve processes & target groups of customers.
  • Prior knowledge of google analytics, CRM marketing systems or an ESP is a bonus.
