CRM Executive
Your Journey
The role of the CRM Executive will be to support in the execution of all aspects of the global CRM and loyalty strategy across emails and other digital / direct channels for Sweaty Betty. You will become a super user on our global customer database and have a passion for numbers and data.
This position will be perfect for an individual with a curious mind, obsessive about finding out how things perform, passionate about data and using that data to create actionable insights to help improve customer journey, metrics and sales. Someone who is also a team player and enjoys to get involved and have fun and keep fit with the wider Performance Marketing team of 8.
What You’ll Be Doing
Management of Customer Database
- Become a super user on our database software and use these platforms to create customer reports for the wider business
- Segment and draw insights from the UK & US database and send relevant data groups to internal teams for marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities through continuous data analysis and draw actionable insights which can be incorporated into our CRM and loyalty campaigns globally
Managing Retention
- Set up and manage global CRM marketing initiatives and programmes that target our existing customer database, such as reactivation programmes, one-time buyer programmes, VIP programmes and loyalty schemes
- Think about multi-channel global retention marketing campaigns across email, social, digital and retail, and liaise with internal teams to set these up
- Manage the email components of these global campaigns including briefing, creative, building, testing and scheduling
- Manage the production process of all ad hoc catalogues and direct marketing activity, including but not limited to receiving quotes and budgeting, briefing & proofing and liaising with third-parties and printers involved
- Work with the CRM manager optimize the best ways to target customers with the various programs (our team is always looking for new and creative ideas to improve performance)
Reporting
- Report on a daily and weekly basis on all relevant global CRM marketing activity. Using these results to create initiatives, optimise and continually improve performance of the customer database.
- Produce regular key reports summarising the health and performance of our customer database
- Draw actionable insights (supported by data) from all reporting to influence future marketing initiatives
Must Haves
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a CRM or analytics role, experience on an ESP and working with a customer database
- Experience of tailoring messaging to target audiences
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
You will be a CRM marketing whizz who genuinely loves email marketing and analytics and has a curious mind. You will have strong reporting skills, be passionate about measuring performance and looking at the data and numbers. You will be a driven, self-starter seeking a challenge and have a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider marketing team.
You will have the ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment and great at prioritizing effectively and able to manage multiple deadlines. You will be able to project manage effectively and see projects through from start to finish while coordinating and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
