We are looking for Full Time, Assistant Boutique Managers and Boutique Managers to come and join our fantastic team at Sweaty Betty.

As a Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager - You have a passion and love for all things Sweaty Betty. You are the ultimate brand guardian and dedicated to see the brand come to life in boutiques and wider communities. You are a constant support to your teams and have an ability to help inspire others to achieve their best. A great leader for your Boutiques you are commercial, pro-active and thrive in a busy, retail environment. Most of all, you are positive. You are dedicated to making Sweaty Betty a destination brand and helping customers and colleagues to understand our values and product even better!

If you are successful you will be invited through to our Management Retail Recruitment Day at our Support Office on the 27th of July. Where you will be interviewed by the People Team and Senior Retail Team.  

What You’ll Be Doing

Boutique Managers - Up to £23,000 pa 

As Boutique Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your Boutique and ensuring your team deliver the exceptional customer experience for which we are renowned. As

Reporting to your Area Manager specific responsibilities will include:

• Driving forward sales and achieving company objectives
• Providing the highest standards of customer service our ‘Sweaty Betty Customer Experience’ (this will include advising and assisting customers with the selection and fitting of bras and underwear)
• Leading and managing the boutique team, including recruitment, development, coaching and well-being
• Representing the brand through sport by leading your free fitness clubs, whilst getting involved in the community and local marketing campaigns
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
• Ensuring all your staff are experts on our products and procedures
• Maintaining appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensuring exceptional standards in housekeeping and visual merchandising
• Maintaining the security of the shop premises, stock and all monies
• Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
• Ensuring all staff maintain Sweaty Betty standards (following the disciplinary procedure in line with the People Guidelines)
• On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths.
• Working as part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver the exception customer experience for which we are renowned.

Assistant Boutique Managers - Up to £18,000 pa

• Reporting to your Boutique Manager specific responsibilities will include:
• Driving forward sales
• Deputising for your Boutique Manager in her absence
• Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget
• Providing the highest standards of customer service our ‘Sweaty Betty Customer Experience’ (this will include advising and assisting customers with the selection and fitting of bras and underwear)
• Ensuring exceptional Sweaty Betty standards in housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
• Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Support Office
• Any other duties required to achieve the smooth and profitable running of the boutique On occasion, when considered appropriate you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths.
